Dear relation,
Due to a necessary firewall migration, we are forced to shut down some services for a short period of time. This firewall migration will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This means that you will not be able to access the cloud and colocation services during this period.
Depending on the duration of the work, the MW may be completed earlier. In the table below you will find an overview with more information regarding this work.
If you still experience issues in the use of the above-mentioned service after the end time of the change, please escalate by emailing support@datasur.sr and/or our ticketing portal.
