Dear relation,
Due to a necessary storage expansion on the PRIMUS VM, we are forced to shut down some services for a short period of time. This will take place on Saturday September 30, 2023, from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM. This means that you will not be able to access the e-mail and webhosting services during this period.
Depending on the duration of the work, the MW may be completed earlier. In the table below you will find an overview with more information regarding this work.
If you still experience issues in the use of the above-mentioned service after the end time of the change, please escalate by emailing support@datasur.sr and/or our ticketing portal.
