Through this message, we would like to inform you that our parent company Telesur will perform some necessary maintenance work this evening, Wednesday, December 6th from 0:00 AM till 04:00 AM. This maintenance work regards a necessary migration of all services on the old backbone fiber optic cables to the new fiber optic cables. As a result of this, possible disruption of connections to Datasur SBO (Internet and IP-VPN) may occur.
Depending on the duration of the work, the MW may be completed earlier. The table below provides an overview with more information regarding this work. If you are experiencing issues after the maintenance timeframe, please escalate by mailing support@datasur.sr and/or log a ticket via our ticketing portal.
