Through this message we would like to inform you that there will be a migration and cut over done on 26-05-2024 from 00:00 PM till 03:00AM. This change will only affect customers who have a .sr domain registered through Datasur. In the table below, you'll find more information about this migration.

5.       Reason for Change

This change brings forth several key benefits. Customers now have the ability to modify their own nameservers and records such as A records, TXT records, MX records, CNAME records, and others pertaining to website and email hosting through their client portal.

6.       Service Impact

Based on recent tests conducted in our testing environment, we anticipate minimal to no downtime. This change will only affect customers who have  a .sr domain registered through Datasur

7.       Escalation

Please escalate by mailing support@datasur.sr and/or log a ticket via our ticketing portal if you are having issues after the maintenance timeframe
